MOUNT CARMEL — Anthony Charles Robert, 44, of 131 N. Chestnut St., Mount Carmel, has been charged by Chief of Police Christopher Buhay with felonies of home advancement fraud, theft by deception and receiving stolen residence for allegedly failing to carry out work on a household in the 400 block of West Fig Street.
In accordance to the prison complaint, lawyer Richard Feudale informed police that his consumers, Qui Hui Tang and Wei Tang, ended up victims of household enhancement fraud. He stated the victims employed J.T. and Sons Contracting LLC, represented by Robert, to demolish and substitute two porches for $8,900.
