MOUNT CARMEL — Anthony Charles Robert, 44, of 131 N. Chestnut St., Mount Carmel, has been charged by Chief of Police Christopher Buhay with felonies of home advancement fraud, theft by deception and receiving stolen residence for allegedly failing to carry out work on a household in the 400 block of West Fig Street.
